OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

• We will delete Your Content within 30 days of account termination (unless legally required to retain it)
• Account data (profile information, settings, billing history) will be retained for 90 days to allow for potential account recovery
• You may request a copy of Your Content before deletion by contacting support
• Backup copies may be retained for up to 180 days for disaster recovery purposes only
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
